Challenge your baseball or softball team to make a difference off the field for a chance to win a $2,500 scholarship.
We believe the values learned on the diamond—dedication, positivity, cooperation, and leadership—extend far beyond the playing field. The Spark Program is our company's commitment to cultivating the next generation of community leaders.
We are challenging local baseball and softball teams up to High School age, to harness their team spirit and focus it outward. By giving back to their communities, players don't just become better athletes; they become champions.
Your team (and coaches/parents) identifies a community service project that matters to you. It could be cleaning up a local playground, helping at a food pantry, volunteering at a nursing home, or running a free skills clinic for younger children.
Get your gloves, your shovels, or your energy and go make a difference! Focus on teamwork, effort, and positive interaction.
Document your efforts. Take dynamic, clear action photos showing your team actively working and making a visible change.
The more the merrier!

At Champion Pins, community and positivity are core values. We believe in investing in the development of young people, not just as future customers, but as future leaders and community members. Spark is our way of celebrating the dedication of local teams and championing the idea that the greatest victories often happen outside the lines. Let’s be honest there is enough hate and negativity in the world, let’s add some more positivity into the mix.
Sure, we’ve only been around since 2023, but since then we have put over $20,000 back into youth sports and local communities, with no plans on stopping. We’re a small business with big hearts, dedicated to growing the next generation of champions as much as we possibly can.
