Refunds and Returns

Champion Pins provides custom orders and reserves the right to refuse any refunds or returns on products that have been produced explicitly for the customer. Each refund or return will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping

Champion Pins provides shipping at no additional cost to our customers and makes every effort to provide our customer with their orders within 60 days of payment. However, Champion Pins will not be held responsible for nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, inclement weather, or customs) that may impact your delivery date.

Manufacturing Errors

Errors during production can occur. It is the responsibility of every customer to verify the contents of their order within 10 days of receipt. It will take time to get any production mistakes corrected. Failure to notify Champion Pins of products requiring correction within 10 days can result in not receiving your reproduction by event date. Champion Pins will replace any defective custom product or any product with impactful manufacturing variations. However, non-impactful manufacturing variations do occur and are normal.

While not wholly inclusive, examples of impactful variations can include:

• Enamel coloring should completely fill the area in which it has been applied, without under-application (incomplete fill) or over-application (spilling into an adjacent area). 

• Missing or incorrectly filled areas of an item that are greater than 0.2 millimeters (8/1000ths of an inch).  Those areas are within the standard capabilities of manufacturing & production.

• Epoxy coatings should completely cover the surface to which they are applied without areas of under-application (missing epoxy). 

• Die struck metal edges should not display significant excess metal "mold lines", "mold overage" or leftover metal. 

• Products displaying impactful manufacturing variations, errors and defects do occur and we do replace them. 

• Significant marring, gouging or cracking of the epoxy, plating or enamel. 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Champion Pins is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

Damages

Champion Pins is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Change to Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time as we deem appropriate by posting such changes on this website. Any changes, modifications, additions or deletions shall be effective immediately upon posting, unless otherwise indicated. We will not separately notify you that changes have been made, regardless of the scope and importance of the changes, and we encourage you to periodically check back and review these Terms and Conditions so that you will always know what terms and conditions currently apply. We reserve the right to refuse service or orders at our discretion.
